Delivery and Damage Policy for smilesdelivery.in: Who Owns Your Order: Once your order ships from smilesdelivery.in, you assume full responsibility for it. This means we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after shipment. Damaged Products: Upon Delivery: Check your order carefully (cakes, flowers, etc.) before signing the delivery receipt. Refusal and Reporting: If the product is damaged, refuse to accept it and immediately contact our Customer Care team. Time Limits: Report any issues with your order within 4 hours of delivery. Claims received later will not be considered for replacement or refund. Replacements: For severely damaged products, we will offer a replacement within 6 hours. Courier Complaints: For issues with courier deliveries, inform us within 6-8 hours. Complaints received later will not be addressed. Minor Imperfections: Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections like incorrect cake messages, missing flower messages, or slight cream/decoration issues on cakes/flowers will not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless the damage is significant.

Important to know: If the recipient refuses the gift without knowing the sender, we'll disclose your details to allow them to accept it. If the recipient still refuses after knowing the sender, the order will be returned, and your order will be considered fulfilled. Due to the perishable nature of some gifts and time constraints, we'll do our best to deliver within the chosen timeframe, but exact timing might vary.
